What we store

One localStorage flag (swimrunpace_cookie_ok) records that you dismissed the cookie notice. Nothing else is written by us, and there is no account system.

Cookies and advertising

We use a lightweight traffic counter and, where enabled, Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Your inputs

Distances, paces and weights are processed in memory and discarded when you leave the page. Nothing is logged server-side.
